The Daytona Cubs and The Daytona Cubs Booster Club are teaming up to help “Strike Out 22q”.
At the July 31st game again the Bradenton Marauders, the Daytona Cubs players and coaches will be wearing specially designed jerseys that will be auctioned off during the game. After the game, the highest bidder will be able to have their “game worn” jersey signed by the Daytona Cubs player. All proceeds from the auction will benefit the Ryan and Jenny Dempster Family to help raise awareness of 22q11.2 deletion (DiGeorge Syndrome/VCFS) and reaching out to families with children with the disorder.
