Finley Dunne’s Tavern Raises More than $4,300 At “Eve Of The Opener”

Cubs fans celebrated the opening of the Cubs 2011 season at Finley Dunne’s Tavern in Chicago at their 14th annual “Eve of the Opener” on Thursday, March 31 while raising funds for a good cause. Thanks to our generous sponsors, donors and attendees more than $4,300 was raised to benefit The Ryan and Jenny Dempster Family Foundation. Fans at the event were treated to an open bar, appetizers and a limited edition “Eve of the Opener” t-shirt. The highlight of the event was the end-of-the evening raffle where fans won great prizes including Cubs tickets, an autographed Ryan Dempster Jersey, a Corona Mountain Bike, a Charcoal Webber Grill, a Samuel Adams stocked cooler, a Burrito Beach office party and much more!
